My payment has continuously gone up even though I haven’t had any tickets or accidents in years. But when another driver hit me a few years ago, nobody offered to help me with a rental, or even asked if I was ok or tried to give me any advice. The only reason I’m still with them is because I’m on a multi car plan with my family. Angela has been helpful but she’s the only bright spot."

"I wouldn't recommend anybody doing business with state farm, particularly this office. If you want to overpay for home, auto or life insurance that state farm will do anything they can to not honor the coverage you've paid for, then this is the place. Honestly I have no idea how these thieves, because we'll call them what they are, sleep at night. You pay your premiums for 30+ years, cover everything from your business, home, cars, boats, life insurance etc, and these disgusting companies will do the bare minimum and less than that if they can the first time you need them."
